The support team is very helpful and responsive. It will be much better if it can trigger the shopify flow. Hope you guys will work on that!

First of all, I would like to thank support team of Proviews who have resolved my problems very efficiently, they are simply amazing. Proviews have all the features available to automate review collection process. Moreover, I would like to add is that the app is very easy to use and the features you get at this price are awesome. Highly recommended!!!

Firstly, the customer service for this app is exceptional. Professional and fast. Any issues, they're on it straight away. Secondly, feature packed and so easy to use. Very happy with this app :)

We have worked with the Simprosys team on their Google Shopping feed app for years and we switched to Proviews from another review app because they are the only app we found that was WCAG and ADA compliant. A lot of other apps can lead to lawsuits for web accessibility. Proviews team has been quick to do all necessary updates and Meet is very hands-on in implementing the app. Using this app we increased reviews we were getting. Highly recommended.

The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

These guys are simply great. I imported all my reviews, over 700 from another app, and they helped me do this process smoothly. The customer service is the best i have ever seen in my life!
