I had hope for this app when my last review app which I've used for years started getting glitchy. I can live with errors and getting help here and there, but during the 15-day trial, the entire dashboard and all my reviews disappeared and was replaced by an odd Proviews Q&A that looked like a backend interface. Their support did request for access to fix the problem at the end of the day but after 15 days, this will become a paid monthly app and for an error this big, it was hard to be confident in committing to this app for years to come. I don't really want to keep checking on an app to see if its working fine.

It was resolved within a few minutes and did not affect the app's functionality or performance. Also, we assure you that going forward all our merchants will be notified in advance of any such scheduled maintenance or updates.
We have also requested access to your store to check and resolve the problem, but we noticed that you had uninstalled the app. We are sorry to lose you and hope you can give us another chance to serve you.
