This app is the best Chat GPT4 chat bot I find in shopify app. The answers of the chat bot are pretty acurate, it responds and answers questions in Chinese Traditional, and I can modify chat content (if I want) for more accurate chats. Pretty amazing!

Other than that, the pricing is very friendly. I run a very small print shop in Taiwan. I would like to first try chat bot and see how it can help potential clients. I find not only the pricing on the basic plan ($14) is very affordable to me, the next pricing tier ($29) is also acceptable. Other similar apps may offer similar pricing for the basic plan, but once the reply limits are reached, the next plan may jump from $10 to $49-$99, which is not affordable to a small shop like ourselves.

But the best part is their willingness and response time to help customers. I've reached them a few times for different issues. Alex demonstrated extremely good customeer service, and all issues have been fixed in 2 days the latest (mainly due to the time zone difference between Europe and Asia).

All in all, the app is highly recommended for anyone who wants to use Chat GPT4 for chat bot.
