Pumper Bundles Quantity Breaks

The app renders product prices as HTML tags. This is a basic semantic HTML error that breaks heading hierarchy on every product page, creating multiple competing H1 tags and damaging SEO.

When I reported this to support, they acknowledged it's a known issue but refused to fix it because the app is "used by 20,000 stores." They offered a client-side JavaScript workaround instead — which just patches over broken server-rendered HTML rather than fixing the one-line template change needed.

To be clear: every store running this app has broken heading structure right now and probably doesn't know it. The fix is literally changing to in their price template. Support chose not to.

Switching to a different bundle app resolved the issue immediately.

Holy crap. If you leave an honest review be prepared to be bombarded with 10-12 emails the next day telling you to change your review and not honoring the request to stop emailing you! I’m literally going to have to block both their email address and it’s borderline harassment. Stay away if you can and find another app. In ten years I have only had this happen once with another company
out of thousands.

I've had this app break multiple times just out of nowhere and I've lost literally thousands, any other app won't break like this and cost you, so be very careful, also it's very basic compared to others.

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Despite reaching out for support, the issues I mentioned were not resolved. The support team’s knowledge is very limited, and they couldn't fix the problem I was facing. In fact, my store content was altered without my consent. The promises made by the app and the support team were not fulfilled. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, as they were unable to add the features I requested and left my store in a worse state than before.

The app simply doesn't work. I've spent weeks in the chat trying to solve my problem but they have no idea. I've created quantity discounts on my website. A customer will purchase multiple items that should qualify for quantity discounts and they get maybe 1 or 2. I've rebuilt everything and promised that "it's fixed" multiple times with no resolve to the issue. I really wanted this to work but the app developer has no idea how to write the correct code to get it to work. I would stay far away from this app unless you want angry customers for not getting the discount they are promised.

The app has a bug on volume discount, I setted buy 3 can get discount, but when i buy 4, all of them can not get any discount. And they can not fix
