This app is easy to use and straightforward. I wanted to remove their branding and I was assigned an agent, her name was Shruti. I really liked that she was straightforward and to the point. She helped resolve my issue and removed the branding for me. She also made sure that my widget was compatible with my website and that everything was working properly - which is a huge plus !
