The app has a bug on volume discount, I setted buy 3 can get discount, but when i buy 4, all of them can not get any discount. And they can not fix
It's a cool app. I like it. And it would be great to work with if you all that have is 4 or less products that you'd like to offer a Volume Discount on. But if you 5 or more products with discounts, BEWARE – this app can't be used. Here is the error message you'll receive. "We’ve encountered an issue with publishing your offer. Allowed to create only 5 offers in parallel, limit set by shopify." I reached out to their support, and apparently their app is blocked for some reason. Other Volume Discount apps are not affected by this alleged limitation from Shopify. Sad to see their limitation, because this looks like it could've been a cool app to work with. I'll move on and use something else.
You can't bundle one product with different products. They have terrible customer service too.
Not working & No support at all. Always thy say thy are busy. Wasted to much time.
Not recommended. Support sought immediately after installing.
Got response: "Install it please" That was precisely the reason for contacting the support.
Update:
Not sure, if Chat log can be provided by Shopify to prove that support was contacted and got the above reply. Let me know and we can seek Shopify’s support to get the required information.

non funziona con i dispositivi IOS. L'assistenza clienti è stata eccellente ma non hanno risolto il problema. IL BUNDLE NON FUNZIONA!!
