We initially had an issue on our store, but the team handled it very quickly and efficiently. The response time was excellent and they really made sure everything was properly resolved.

Since then, the app has been working perfectly. It’s very useful for our customers and has significantly improved our bundle offers.

I love the app and the options it provides. I had some trouble when the discount stopped applying in the cart but customer service was easy to work with and got if fixed via chat quickly.

Customer service is great. I have spoken to Shruti a few times about issue I had. He was very helpful and answered my questions quickly. Would love to see a few updates for mix and match bundles. The app is very easy to navigate and use, customisation is good.

The app renders product prices as HTML tags. This is a basic semantic HTML error that breaks heading hierarchy on every product page, creating multiple competing H1 tags and damaging SEO.

When I reported this to support, they acknowledged it's a known issue but refused to fix it because the app is "used by 20,000 stores." They offered a client-side JavaScript workaround instead — which just patches over broken server-rendered HTML rather than fixing the one-line template change needed.

To be clear: every store running this app has broken heading structure right now and probably doesn't know it. The fix is literally changing to in their price template. Support chose not to.

Switching to a different bundle app resolved the issue immediately.

Gourav was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I was having with my shop. He responded within minutes and had the situation resolved shortly thereafter. He also helped me understand best practice on how to optimize the app. Pumpr Bundles has been a great addition to my store!

Offers still apply on products even though they're deactivated. Pumper styling on products also still apply after offers are deactivated. Cost us money on products that weren't supposed to be discounted.

Did have okay experience with support up until this, can't wait anymore so will uninstall. Use with caution.
