Customer service is great. I have spoken to Gourav a few times about issue I had. He was very helpful and answered my questions quickly. Would love to see a few updates for mix and match bundles. The app is very easy to navigate and use, customisation is good.

I had a fantastic experience with Shruti from Pumper Bundles. She did an amazing job assisting me with setting up the app on my Shopify store. Shruti was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, making everything simple and stress-free.

She took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly and answered all my questions along the way. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. Its unfortunate that this app as yet does not marry with afterpay (onsite messaging) at the product page. It does calculate is correctly at check out after testing but I have been advised that it is in the pipeline for the future.

Totally amazed and satisfied, we got a chat with one of there online contact person (Shruti), thought its a chatbot but the she was actually live and helped us really well, time & professionally.

Initially I was finding my way with setting up bundles, but with the help of Dinesh and Bhushan, I was quickly able to create my bundles and understand how everything works.

They were very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable, and able to assist me speedily. Their support made the process smooth and straightforward.

The app works perfectly for my needs - allowing customers to select different variants within bundles, which is exactly what I needed for my faith-inspired products.

It works perfectly. So far, it was easy navigating this application and I can create bundle easily. The customer service is easy to talk with, especially Praveen, who helped me through the process.

Gourav was very helpful with assisting me in editing my bundle appearance and functionality, and provided custom support. The app is very good, although there are some functionalities that they could add to make it even better. would definitely recommend
