Good app, and was easy to set up. The only thing I dislike is that the quantity break discount can only be used once in a cart. So if a customer wanted to buy 2-3packs of an item they would only receive the quantity break discount on one of the 3packs. But the support team did inform me that they are working on adding this feature.

Very convenient and easy to do. The support is outstanding!! They walked me through the last steps to ensure I had everything setup and functional.

My only request is better instruction when action is needed. I got an email about a theme update and needing to enable my theme extension again, but no details on how to do that. So here I sit on a Sunday with no support trying to figure it out without breaking what I already have in place.

The fastest service I've ever had in my life, the agent Najmus answered me very quickly and solved my problem. The app is good, but they need to solve some bugs that other apps don't have.

I’ve been using it with Pumper, and the experience has been really smooth and helpful. The app interface is simple, easy to understand, and works without confusion. Pumper features are useful and save a lot of time.

Not recommended. Support sought immediately after installing.

Got response: "Install it please" That was precisely the reason for contacting the support.

Update #1:
Not sure, if Chat log can be provided by Shopify to prove that support was contacted and got the above reply. Let me know and we can seek Shopify’s support to get the required information.

Update #2:
After the teething problems of the newer application, we were approached to give a second try. Their team has improved and support is upto the mark. Kudos Raj for turning it around so quickly.

One suggestion though, total of bundle original cost should be automatically calculated instead of we hard coding in the number, as with multiple currencies the hard coded $ number does not suffice.

Very kind customer support. You can customize the widget so that it looks great on your product page.
Too bad that you can only use the app in english and can't translate it, if you have a multi language store.
But all in all good app!
