Pumper has been amazing at increasing my AOV without me having to do any heavy lifting. I wish I plugged it in right from the beginning! It gives customers a great incentive to double their order volume & has been super helpful managing wholesale customer orders as well as I set that up through here too, so doubly helpful! Highly recommend.
I had an issue with setting the subscription option as default, and the Pumper support team was extremely fast and helpful. Special thanks to Najmus, who personally handled my case and provided a clear, quick solution. Communication was excellent, and I really felt my problem was treated as a priority.
