Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.
I recently switched to Puppet Vendors from another system. So far, I am LOVING this system. It is so much more "in-tune" with how the Shopify backend functions. Any feedback submitted has been greatly accepted by the Puppet Vendors teams, and support is top notch.
initially we have some issues with the App. so i contact the support and they help us every way to fix the issues. overall support is excellent and i will recommend to go with email. overall good experience.
Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it.
Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL!
This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time.
FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal.
If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.

The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful.
However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved.
Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.

UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. It was a user error where by the user uploaded logo size that was significantly larger than the dimension suggested by Puppet Vendors causing massive delays in load time. The PV team resized the logo for the user and fixed it.

Puppet Vendors is an exceptional app! The team is incredibly attentive and their support is super responsive. They frequently roll out new features based on user feedback, which is fantastic. The UX/UI is top-notch, making it a breeze to navigate and use. Highly recommend it!

Really happy with this app. Customer service is really great. Any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly...often within minutes. It does what it is supposed to do and more. They are continually adding features that make ours and our vendors lives easier.
