Joel and Martin from Puppet Vendors are very wonderful to work with. I have been working with them for over three years now and they never fail to provide excellent customer service and fair resolutions. They strive to make their customers happy and are good people with a good knowledge of a multi vendor platform.
Having looked for many years, finding an inventory management system that provides access to multiple vendors, across various platforms is difficult. Puppet Vendors is a great tool to do this. Over time, they have worked hard to fix any bugs that have emerged and continue to work on further developing the app for new features.
I recommend to anyone to use Puppet Vendors.
UPDATE 11/12: I've been using the app for a few months now and think I may have previously spoke too soon. It is a solid platform but still has some ways to go from a UI/UX perspective for both merchant and vendors. They have not yet spent the time to fully flesh out their UI for 3rd party integrations (shippo, stripe, paypal, etc.) So you'll run into errors messages that display API logs instead of a regular end-users can understand. Then when you reach out, they don't know what the problem is either. I have not yet been able to make any payouts and have sent a laundry list of other concerns. It's just not a feature complete platform yet.
I've been using this app for just a few hours, and in a few hours, I've made more progress on configuration vs. 10+ hours it took me to get no where with Webkul MVM. This app has a clean, intuitive, UI/UX that "just makes sense". They don't overload you with configuration options out of the box, which sort of forces you to take smaller steps towards getting you where you want from a functionality standpoint. Then once you get past basic config, you can determine if you want to bring in new features via add ons.
Beyond the above, the support has been phenomenal. This app is going places for sure.
If you wan't to have several vendors on your store and have great overview on their commissions this is the perfect app for you. We use this app to pay out the artists on our store.
Our business has several specificities. We are a private marketplace, whose sellers are individuals and not properly established commercial stores. This presents us with several challenges from a software point of view that meets the demands of our business model. The customization possibilities offered by Puppet Vendors have made this tool unique in the market and have been fundamental to our business model.
Additionally, the quality of the level of support throughout the journey - setup, implementation and ongoing support - is excellent, which makes all the difference.
Martin and the team from Puppet Vendors are absolutely amazing to deal with and very patient in helping a non techy person like myself get the best from their platform. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for their customer support and willingness to work in with me and my business needs. The system itself is also working well and constantly getting even better.
The most helpful customer support. Very timely. Martin especially has done a wonderful job. His team is constantly developing new features. The product itself is a masterpiece in the making. Don't be afraid to ask questions and really get to know the software. It is very powerful

Puppet Vendor has been a great transition for our store! Not only is it easy to setup but their customer service team is so helpful when you have questions. Understanding PayPal and Stripe's platforms are the most complicated part of the process but Puppet Vendor's platform makes it easy to integrate and payout our brand partners. We love that the brands can also have real time visibility into orders and inventory that consign with us.
The support team is very helpful to resolve issues for us. When there is delay in fix, they refunded for the period. Martin is a very helpful making improvement of their app and system. He actively seek customer feedback for product improvement. Definitely recommend it.
I recently switched to Puppet Vendors from another system. So far, I am LOVING this system. It is so much more "in-tune" with how the Shopify backend functions. Any feedback submitted has been greatly accepted by the Puppet Vendors teams, and support is top notch.
