Our business works with artisans and small business owners who sell their products via consignment through our store. Currently, we only operate a physical retail store (webshop is down the line) and I was thrilled when I came across Puppet Vendors as it seemed to be a perfect solution to our "how do we manage consignment vendors with Shopify" problem. This app, while still new and working out a few minor glitches, is amazing. It works exactly how we need, our vendors are happy to be able to access their sales reports online, and I don't know how we ever functioned without it.
Support (if you need it) is responsive and actually helpful. I repeat, ACTUALLY HELPFUL!
This app was designed with an understanding of consignment needs and it shows. We are able to attribute custom sales to vendors on the back end, make payout adjustments, easily set up commission fee structures and do so many other things that save us so much staff time.
FYI -we currently are only using the base product and that alone has made such a huge difference. We plan to add Payouts and Products soon once we have 100% vendor adoption in the vendor portal.
If you can make the monthly investment, this app is well worth it.
Amazing app! It is exactly what I need to calculate the percentages that I owe my artists. We print art and pay the artists a percentage per painting. This app makes it so simple to calculate the percentages and to calculate the payouts. When I have questions, the support is amazing. I use it a lot to see reports of what sold too. Its super helpful.
PuppetVendors has been a crucial part of our shop, it allows us to easily track and pay our different vendors. The customer support is probably the best accross all shopify apps we've used.
Highly recommend. They are very quick to respond to any issues and when requesting added features, they are very accomodating.
I've tested a few of these apps in the past and can safely say this app is the best and most affordable merchant portal app out at the moment on shopify. The great thing is the team are responsive and really do listen to the feedback we vendors offer. It seems they are constantly coming out with new features and improvements. Will be continuing my sub in future. Thanks

Really happy with this app. Customer service is really great. Any issue we have had has been resolved very quickly...often within minutes. It does what it is supposed to do and more. They are continually adding features that make ours and our vendors lives easier.
This app is wonderful for a multi-vendor marketplace like mine. It is super user friendly, and the support staff are quick, friendly and helpful.
I wish it was a bit cheaper since I have so many vendors but it is the only app currently available that can handle what I need. The vendors get real-time e-mails from sales, and can upload and track inventory at home themselves. Highly recommend!
The app is simple to manage and the support is amazing. I recently needed a very important feature to help my cash flow and they promptly worked on a solution for me. In almost a year working with the app, I have always been supported and had the answers I needed. Really recommend it.
