Before we started working on it, we asked them if there were any bugs. However, we discovered there were too many critical errors. It's definitely not a developed or robust system. We don't recommend it. We've tried a few brands ourselves, and we won't continue.

During our demo call, I recall mentioning that, like any software, there can be bugs, but we promised that all issues/concerns would be resolved. Based on our records, 100% of all your issues have been resolved in less than a day, and our response time has been less than 2 hours for all incoming support requests. We even built custom capabilities for you without charges, but despite that, you are not satisfied. I hope you find a solution that works for your store.
I wrote to the team expecting updates to the product, received confirmation that it would happen a week or two later. After a series of follow ups and six months of paying for the app, I received nothing. It was very frustrating.
That said, once the Puppet team saw my initial review, they provided me with a full refund and offered to try again within a tight deadline (no longer need the service given we had to come up with an alternative). It was a nice response.
