Purple Dot | Trusted Pre‑Order

This app has been very easy to install and operate on our own. When we do run into issues (like the app working with other apps) the customer service is fast, efficient and personal, and I can always get them on a call or via email almost immediately. That alone makes this app worth it as many of these add ons have little to no service. Highly recommend!

Purple Dot is such a great app! We started using it very recently, so we're kicking ourselves for not finding it sooner. Before Purple Dot, we took some pre-orders, but it was no different than how we took orders for in-stock items. And one of the benefits with Purple Dot is the amount of time we've saved by not having to constantly email angry customers asking us when their purchase will arrive. Not to mention the stellar and responsive help from the support team!

This app has saved us a lot of time as now our customers can pre-order online instead of calling us. The customer service team is very responsive and knowledgeable. There are a few things I would like them to add, but it is very much my favorite app.

I had a challenge with Shopify separating regular orders from the Purple Dot orders and Shopify was not able to assist. Purple Dot Zach came to the rescue. Not only did he listen carefully, advise of the solution, he even checked back with me to confirm everything was good. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. And did I mention, USA Support !!

I installed this app and everything works perfect - very solid - no issues. Company pro-actively reached out after a few weeks to answer any questions and offer customization help.

We've tried other pre-order apps, but this is by far the best! Customers like that they aren't charged right away, and the communication to customers is super clear and well done. We had to upgrade to v2 themes for this to work but it was worth it. Our sales have increased massively since installing the app. There was a little problem initially, although it didn't stop it working but Zach worked through it with us and now it's running very well. Setting up a new waitlist is simple and it will override the purchase button on your product page. Being able to take and store the customers credit card details means we don't have to contact the customer again, we can just click a button when the stock arrives, any failed transactions will show and we can ship the rest of the orders out.

This app was very easy to install and to use. The integration in your store and check out are nice. It has good email notification for reminders of preorder dates to be available. I needed a little help with fulfilling part of a bundle order and the support was very helpful. I highly recommend this app.
