Wonderful app and amazing features I really happy with this app.

The UI and app look good, and the features look good, but my experience was difficult. My store, maybe because of compatibility, had issues-not sure, but here's what happened.

Okay, this was really bad; now I have to spend more money on my developer. This application broke my site on the first install. I installed, followed the onboard recommended steps, and bam, no more product page. And when I click on my product link, it goes back to my homepage now. I tried talking to Kubra and to Mete, and instead, each of them told me through an automation to play a game instead of helping me-3 times in a row, which was extremely frustrating for having my brand new site broken by a simple app installation.

At least someone (Kubra I think) replied to me and explained that the app sometimes does this, and asked what I expected. I asked to get help, and they told me that an escalation would happen,

but then someone came online telling me to CALM DOWN. This is not what I call customer service—battering your customers with game-playing automations and then telling them to CALM DOWN. At this point, I prefer getting help from respectful devs.

I have no doubt the software is good, BUT BEWARE of customer service!! Here are some actual quotes I received from support: "CALM DOWN and help us OK??" along with "YOU CAN EITHER APPRECIATE OR STOP CONSUMING OUR TIME" Ashamed to see this on this ecosystem.

this app exntesion break my product listing stock and delivery. i talk with support and i got many many message before getting replies or help but now after 12 message there is a bit of help, so be persicentence if you want help. issue not solved by there is some help from a kubra person. the first person in the chat never replied to my email since MONDAYT but kubra is replying fast but saying the fault is not on the app and that its impossible the fault is on the app. but i tell that the issue started at the exact moment i installled the app. be careful with this if you have product with shjpping. i think kubra is good and the app and the other person in chat is not so good.

I can not rate this Company enough. We had a very untidy looking website, with lots of out of stock products headlining most of the pages.

We decided to use the Push Down & Hide Out of Stock app, & this immediately resolved our issue, which otherwise would have taken many hours to resolve.

Good app! I have a relatively small store so it ended being unnecessary in my case, but I think it would be a great app for someone who manages to do more business!

A must have app if you have large inventory and you don't want your customers to browse through the out of stock products. Support team is always available and they ask customers for any new features they may want to have in this app.

This is a great app. Makes life sooo much easier. Keeps my site organized and pushes down the out of stock items which I didn't like seeing at the top of my collections. The customer service is excellent and the rep was super helpful. I definitely recommend this app to organize your website, especially if you have a lot of products. The plans are very affordable as well.

Just started using the App and had a question that was answered by Mete from support on Chat almost immediately. We had hidden collections that were interfering with the workings of the App but Mete was really knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. Great App!

This app can sort sold out products to the bottom of any collection AND move it back up to where it was when it is back in stock.

Sorting each collection is surprisingly fast, as is the updating when the product is back in stock.

Next up: Price. This app is actually quite a bit cheaper than some of the comparable apps I have seen as well.

Installation: A breeze. The app adds no scripts/css/fonts/other junk in your shopify header, and have zero negative impact on pagespeed from what I have seen.

Functionality: The app can be installed, tested, and removed again without hassle. Functionality is not too complex - It does exactly what it's supposed to, and it does it well.

Customer service: I emailed them on a Sunday, and got a response shortly after. I emailed them again monday, and got a (helpful) response within an hour.

Conclusion: Fantastic app to manage larger collections. We are already seeing a noticeable increase in conversion rate and add to cart rate.

Amazing app, does the job! We are using it in all our shops. Super useful if you have a lot of SKUs.

I wanted to push all SOLD OUT products to the bottom so that browsers do not have to scroll all the way down to see what's in store. I also don't want the SOLD OUT items to disappear from the website completely as they allow customers to see what was sought after and gone! I am not IT Sarvy but the live chat provided is great! Staff led me step by step and was very patient. Thank you.

This app does EXACTLY what I needed, without any fuss. Lightweight and easy to use. Pushes your "out of stock" items down the list so customers can focus on the in stock items, without losing SEO or traffic from your OOS items. Excellent app!

This is a fantastic app. I was looking for an app to do exactly this "HIDE" my out of stock and/or "Push it down" the list. Obviously you don' want to delete your products because of the SEO, so this app is just perfect. I had a question and contact them directly, so I must say that the support is also fantastic.
