Mete has been incredible today. They have advised me clearly on all the options available with my requests and explained the positives and negatives of each choice with patience whilst I figure out what I want to do. Long time user of this app. Amazing customer service. Something that is so simple, but makes a world of difference when you have a large collection. Saves so much time manually sorting collections. They're always adding small, yet useful changes.
