LOVE IT ! Thank you Rio for great support! Customer service response was quick and super helpful. I know these beautiful sections will certainly help with my conversion rate. My only regret is not learning about Puco Sections sooner!
Love this app and all of the long list of features! It even includes several free versions and Rio quickly helped us customize a section to best fit our website. Truly appreciate the great customer service and how easy the app is to use!
Uninstalled yet they still charge me

I just received a notification about your 1-star review. Shopify kept it for 24 hours since you submitted the review, then forwarded it to me. Please give me 1 minute to come up with a solution and explain this in more detail.
Like 10,000 other apps at Shopify, the monthly payment management system is 100% provided by Shopify. They will schedule every 30 days, create bills... this principle is applied to all millions of Shopify stores. And is not managed by Puco.
I checked and found that you uninstalled on January 11, 2025. However, Shopify has billed you monthly from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025. Therefore, even though you uninstalled, but you used the app until the 11th of the month, you will still have to pay this monthly bill. Whether you only used it for 1 day, or used it for all 31 days, you will still have to pay the monthly bill. This is Shopify's principle, applied to all 10,000 apps and millions of stores.
Although it is impossible to change this billing principle of Shopify, on Puco's side, I "TOTALLY CAN REFUND" you. Because the money will be transferred to me by Shopify later. Every month, I get dozens of cases similar to yours, and as you can see from the hundreds of reviews, there are no customers with similar cases. Because I will try to discuss the details with them. If the reason is reasonable, I am willing to refund 100%.
In your case, I understand that you uninstalled. I have refunded 100% of the amount you paid for the last month. This amount will be transferred back to Shopify, and transferred to you by SHOpify in the next few hours or days.
Your 1-star review makes me very sad because this is the first 1-star review I have received in the past 4 years. I have checked my support inbox carefully but have not received any messages from you before about this issue.

This app has been such a great find for my store. I have a heavily customised version of the Canopy theme in my fresh produce store. The fact that it is a legacy version and can't be updated to unlock new theme features is quite limiting, but Puco Sections allows me to implement new and modern-looking sections straight into the customised theme. The app is very easy to use, the section library provides a great range of free and paid sections (many of the free ones are completely usable and very customisable) and the Customer Service from Rio and his team has been second to none. I highly recommend this awesome app!!
The app and sections are great but the real winner here is the service! I got personal help to customize a section to my liking within a couple of hours. Will definitely keep using this and recommend it highly!

It allowed us to design a much more attractive store with a better chance of selling. Easy to use and integrate into the theme. It adapts perfectly to both PC and mobile, overcoming the natural limitations of Shopify themes.
