i have enabled auto sort for just 1 collection to test
and sorting is not working

I am sorry that you had this problem with our app. That said, this is not something we have heard from other merchants. Would you be open to reinstalling and reaching out to support? We would love to see your store and see if there is anything we can do to help.

We had a little issue at the beginning with sorting some collections but the team answered quickly and solved the problem. Great follow-up, amazing support and the app works perfectly!

We were having a problem pushing OOS items to the end of search results- we use a 3rd party search app, infinite "load more" and negative inventory which made it VERY challenging- Andrea had it set up 6 HOURS after we emailed about it. Top notch!
