PushOwl & Brevo: Email, Push

Everything was explained clearly and they are helping my small business succeed.

We still have to use the app in all its capabilities, but this review is regarding the support given by Rojen. It was outstanding, he was very fast in providing me with information both regarding PushOwl's policies on GDPR/cookies as well as guides on how to extract the most value from the service. He answered all my questions without skipping a beat. He is surely knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

I stumbled across this app from research. It appears to be the only app I could find that did push notifications without the customer having to register first. This was exactly what I needed. I set it up within 1 or 2 mins. The set up was just a simple as clicking a button. After testing it, it is amazing and in fact I would say all the features are Perfect. I am still in my 14 day trial, but so far so good.. The customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced. Having spoke with Rojen, he took so much time to invest in knowing more about us and how they can help. There was no sales pitch and in fact the whole experience was amazing and they are definitely customer focused.

He didn't just help me with setting up my PushOwl account, but rather told me all of the details about it and explained how I could upgrade to the business plan with no hidden fees. I have never had such a pleasant experience speaking to customer service. Rojen is an extremely kind human being and PushOwl is lucky to have him. Not only did he upgrade my account, he went through my website and gave me tips on how to make it better... and provide me with the steps to make those changes! Good people are a rare find these days. This app is already so great in a world full of spammy emails. With people like Rojen on their team, they're even better.
