They also have a live chat feature, where they are always willing and happy to help and answer any questions you might have. I really love this app especially the Abandoned Cart push notifications. They are highly customizable and look great. Great way to get those abandoned cart purchases back. When I had anyone questions or issues the support I received was fast, accurate and friendly. Lucio even went so far as to let us know of there support for start up companies. Pushowl is an app that is very easy to use and customer service communication is easy. You can basically contact online customer service at any time. The functions are also relatively easy to use. It is a very good application.
