The app is simple and intuitive to use but offers a lot of functionality. Customer support is top-notch and hands-on when it comes to onboarding. They helped ease me into the world of Push Notifications and the way they work in comparison to other marketing channels. Excited to see how our new channel develops!

So far the support has answered all my questions, I implemented the tool a few days ago, it has been a good experience.

I am new to using this app but needed some assistance as I was not seeing the results I had anticipated. Upon speaking with a CSR, Rojen, he was extremely helpful and also found that I had set up my push notices incorrectly, hence, why I was not getting the results. He also offered me a Business free plan to help build my business. I already feel 2024 will be better! I appreciate it that he went above and beyond to assist me! :)

Rojen was very helpful, he answered my questions and let me know the feature I am looking for (back in stock notices through email) is in the works and will be available in the coming weeks. I have installed the app for now and we will see how it goes when I launch in a month and set up some campaigns and back in stock automations. I feel confident that I can always get help easily if I need it later. Thanks Rojen!

far beyond service and went out of the way to make sure i ubderstood all the pushowl can do. , i recommend this to anyone. its the best app with the best service. 5 plus stars and more FANTASTIC

At the moment, the whole pushowl.io site has been down for several hours. Overall a neat system. Then again beware, that it's not translatable atm if you have a multi-language store.
