PushOwl+Brevo: Email,Push,SMS

Pallavi has helped me tremendously with my enquiries today. She is expert and knows the app inside out. She explained everything to me patiently. I am a new startup so her help and patience are greatly appreciated!

The help with onboarding was second to none, everything I needed to know was answered knowledgeably and helpfully by a lovely human called Rojen who not only answered all queries but where possible provided examples, visuals to help me to take necessary set up actions and he also offered explanations. Beyond this, where possible he undertook actions himself to help me with the set up process. All in all a faultless service and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The cost of email marketing has increased to an extreme level and this service seems to be more competitive on the pricing front too which makes it a possibility for an unfunded start up.

We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Rojen, He is very professional and helpful, and their customer service is the best. I've tried Klaviyo, their customer service is non-existent, and then I also tried Aftership, they even said it was my problem because my emails kept going to the promotion tabs, which made me very annoyed.
