PushOwl+Brevo: Email,Push,SMS

We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. We highly recommend PushOwl for their excellent customer support!

Rojen was very helpful, he answered my questions and let me know the feature I am looking for (back in stock notices through email) is in the works and will be available in the coming weeks. Easy to use. We were up and running in a few minutes. It has useful customization capabilities both for types of campaigns and messages. Customer support team is very responsive.

Straightforward system. We've generated a significant portion of revenue with this service. Last, I love the support team who will patiently discuss anything that comes up.

The help with onboarding was second to none, everything I needed to know was answered knowledgeably and helpfully by a lovely human called Rojen who not only answered all queries but where possible provided examples, visuals to help me to take necessary set up actions and he also offered explanations. Beyond this, where possible he undertook actions himself to help me with the set up process. All in all a faultless service and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The cost of email marketing has increased to an extreme level and this service seems to be more competitive on the pricing front too which makes it a possibility for an unfunded start up.

If I could leave more stars I would! In a stream of apps dedicated to email campaigns, push notifications, and driving ecommerce sales, Push Owl is a must have for stores looking to grow -- the app is intuitive and powerful. Plus the customer service is even better. Rojan was perhaps the most supportive and helpful person I've come across working with app integrations. You will get top notch service and an easy onboarding process with this app. Push Owl had me set up in minutes. It's so intuitive I could do it myself, but the added guidance, tips, and suggestions for starting a campaign was invaluable!
