Definitely one of the best around. Signed up, needed to understand a few things, Rojen walked me through in detail. Customer service is definitely a huge difference compared to other apps on Shopify. Rojen was patient, took interest in what our business was and everything was set up in minutes! Thank you very much and will update as we get our campaigns going.

I had issues with the synchronization of my Brevo account and the PushOwl/Brevo app integrated into Shopify. I was kindly assisted by Pallavi in customer support, and the problem was resolved. The 5-star rating refers solely to the support, as I haven’t used the app extensively yet.

I installed PushOwl back when I launched my store and so far, it’s been great. I love how easy it is to schedule campaigns in advance—I set up push notification campaigns for the entire 2024 year, and it was a easy. It’s definitely one of the easiest apps to set up and use. Now, I'm getting into using Brevo for email marketing.

Since they include brevo the plans are incredibly expensive, PushOwls was good, why push to pay for emails if we don't need them? Just looking for an alternative.
