I understood nothing about the app till the tech helper talked to me for over 30 minutes giving me lots of tips. He took the time to care....Lately setting my shop up on shoplifty I have been on the phone with many tech support operators....this young man was a breathe of fresh air...He explained things to me patiently and with concise communication.....I loved it.

So far so good. This app is still new to me, but the chat feature is very responsive and helpful. I spoke with Fabian today to get something started and he helped with exactly what I needed!

We are managing a platform change, and the guys at PushOwl were so patient and helpful. They explained everything about the platform, went over examples and options. Kunal was so far above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

So far everything is as advertised. Lightweight, clean concise. I love it so far.

I recently installed this app on my Shopify store. While configuring my settings Lucio reached out to see if I had any questions during my app navigation. The customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations during the chat. He walked me through the app and provided some very useful tips for using PushOwl and he even went further into providing some excellent tips on optimizing my website flow. The platform is very easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
