Rahul was incredibly helpful in making sure our Shopify sync was set up correctly and that our contacts migrated smoothly from Klaviyo. Amazing customer support. I’m quite new to email marketing and not a developer. AI helped me create some HTML templates, but I still needed help with setting up Brevo and fixing a few issues that weren’t picked up.

Anjali from the Brevo support team was incredibly helpful. She quickly identified the problems, explained the errors in my code, and guided me through the filter setup. She even made some changes to get everything working smoothly with automations.

Really appreciate the support — it made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them.
