Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Raul from the support team!
I found out that our setup between Shopify, PushOwl, and lastly Brevo was not setup correctly. As such, seeing that we have quite a sensitive Brevo setup, I was nervous about making big changes and potentially making a mess for our thousand of Email receivers.
Luckily, I was put in contact with Raul, who responded as if we were in a direct message chat, and clearly explained how he would connect PushOwl to Brevo. Everything was seemless, and he was very patient with me, despite my multiple mentions of how the new connection could not mess up the existing Brevo setup.
And with a couple of mails back and forth, I was up and running, now with a perfect synchronisation between Shopify, PushOwl, and Brevo.
Thank you to Raul! If I every have any trouble again, I know that there is amazing help to find.

Really user friendly app
Support is great, moved from Yotpo to Brevo
Anjali helped me remove the old DNS records and configure the new ones properly.
Its a very logical system and learnt it pretty quick, was up and running with multiple lead magnets within a few hours.
Straight forward interface
I would like to warmly thank Nayan and Anjali for their invaluable help. I encountered several bugs due to incorrect settings on my end, and they supported me with kindness, patience, and care until everything was fully resolved.
Being fortunate enough to be bilingual (French and English), I was able to communicate with both support teams, and I find that the French support in particular is especially fast and efficient.
I am currently still on the free plan while I finalize my setup and prepare to launch my business. But one thing is certain: as soon as I make my first sales, I will upgrade to a paid plan without hesitation. The responsiveness is outstanding, and the service is excellent, even for customers on the free plan.
A big thank you to the entire team for your high-quality work. I look forward to growing my pickleball business with you.

PushOwl and Brevo together seem like a pretty solid and well-thought-out marketing system. I’ve just started using it, and so far so good! We did run into a few bumps, but the online chat support team was fantastic (shout out to Anjali) and helped us with every question we had. I’d definitely recommend this app.
I used to have Klaviyo for email marketing, but then I switched to Brevo. Everything looks okay so far. But one thing really bothers me - there is not font size option in Opt-in form editor. This is the basic thing in every content editor, but not here. The app was launched in 2017, but this feature is still not developed. It is weird that no user complaints about it.
*** UPDATE ***
After my initiate review they immediately added the text size feature to opt-in form. This is increadible. I have never experienced something like this. So, I have changed the stars from 3 to 5. Hands down!

While PushOwl has been a staple for years, our Form Builder is a newer addition from last year. We’ve taken your input seriously and fast-tracked a major update yesterday that now includes full font and size customization. Thank you for helping us prioritize the features that matter most to your business!

Edit: I was wrong about Brevo, their delivery rates are decent, support is ok and features are MUCH more flexible than most competitors. On the top, they don't charge you for "subscribers" especially if you don't use to send to all of them. I like that
Nothing in this stupid platform works correctly. Even a simple abandoned cart flow.
Reporting is poor, you constantly go redirect from one app to another for no reason.
Customer service is the WORST!
They are responsive until they get your money, after that you are alone with all the BS their platform has.

He made it absolutley stress-free and explained everything very well and detailed. This was tbh the best support experience we had, because they know their Product and how to work with it !
