Just getting started using this app - but if it is as good as the team behind it, then this app is a gem !
This app is the best push app on Shopify. Great templates and I like the fact that you can add your logo to the pushes you send out. I looked at other push apps but most don't offer the ability to include your logo (a must for branding) As far as customer support goes EXCELLENT Rameez was quick to respond to my request and very courteous and helpful. Much better than previous push service i was using, some features they were charging enterprise price Push Owl had in base level. very easy to navigate

It is the most engaging app. It makes the shopify store lively. It can be a useful app, not only for the starters but also for everyone who has an E-commerce Store. Nice engaging app. It can help abandoning customers revisit their orders. And with a tremendous possibility of finally buying it.
The app is a good concept but unfortunately you have to have a lot of traffic and people genuinely interested in your product for them to subscribe. I appreciate the customer service given as well as the attention from the PushOwl team.
I would recommend PushOwl to anyone. The customer service was top-notch, I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of someone trying to get in my pockets. The agent gave me some really helpful resources related and unrelated to Pushowl.
