We just switched from Klaviyo to Brevo/PushOwl—mainly for price, but also because we were running into some deliverability issues and weren’t getting the support we needed. We haven’t even sent a single email through Brevo yet, but based on the onboarding experience alone, I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
Aritra was our onboarding specialist, and hands down, it was the best customer support experience I’ve had in my entire career. He didn’t just help us get set up—he gave me a full crash course on email deliverability and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success.
Oh, by the way, the call was at 2am his time. That level of commitment is rare, and it honestly blew me away.
Aritra is an absolute rockstar, and if this is the kind of support Brevo offers, I’m excited for what’s ahead.

While this app can be a quite confusing to figure out how to navigate and use, with so many different settings, the customer service is great-Harish guided me right through the process, answering all my questions and showing me how to use different feature with screenshots and screen recordings, and most of the time he was very quick with his responses. I initially downloaded PushOwl so that I could sync my clients from Shopify with my Brevo account. While I found the interface a little confusing and had some hiccups with the installation, I can only say that their customer support is world-class.
I had a moment of panic when I thought I had deleted all of my Brevo account details, and I contacted the chat support for help. The agent, Sowbagya, carefully walked me through the process of linking my new accounts and showed me where all of the missing data was. She was kind, thorough, and patient. I went from sheer panic to feeling like I was in the best hands possible in just moments.
If every company had people like this, we'd get a lot more done and be a lot happier. Five star service!
This has completely revolutionized my business! So easy to use and basically automatic once you've got the ball rolling. Nayan is my lord and savior on the customer support team, a God amongst men.
