To say I'm a happy customer is an understatement.
I had the absolute pleasure of Rojan's assistance in resolving my contact push from Shopify as well as my automations. Rojan resolved all issues, and supported me fully with my automations. I was so shocked by not only his willingness to arrange my automations for me, he was so thorough, and patient, it's been a very long while since I've received such great customer service.
Despite how late it was in his location, once he'd set me up for success he still asked if there was anything else he could assist me with! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I had the pleasure of working with Pallavi from PushOwl & Brevo, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Brevo has been excellent. Rojen provided fantastic customer support. I would recommend switching to their email services. Web Push is also another nice marketing tool to reach your customers!

Rojen (membre de l'équipe de Brevo) a pris le temps à chaque fois que j'étais en galère de répondre et de se renseigner avec l'équipe technique quand je ne comprenais pas quelque chose. Mes mails de test étaient bloqués sans raison apparente, je lui ai transmis mon interrogation et en quelques jours c'était réglé grâce à sa réactivité et à l'équipe technique au top. Un plaisir d'avoir des humains à qui parler quand on a une galère, sans attendre 1000 ans ou de se taper une musique d'attente d'ascenseur. Merci !
