Ik kreeg binnen 2 minuten reactie en heb toen meerdere adviezen gekregen over hoe ik het best gebruik kon maken van de app voor de beste resultaten op een vriendelijke manier. Kan niks anders zeggen dan dat ik zeer tevreden ben over de klantenservice van de app!

PushOwl is a necessity for abandoned cart recovery, marketing outreach, and a great resource if your email marketing has slowed down. The team at PushOwl is absolutely awesome and not only provides super fast customer support but also helpful strategies and tips. I've used this app personally on 3 stores I am part of including one for Shopify Plus and it's been nothing but great to use.

Taransh was great with assisting me on upgrading my account to the business plan and explaining the plan/pricing. He even made sure I understood how charging works for what counts as an impression. The tutorial as a customer and step by step guide was very easy, I am ready to test this out once I build out my subscriber list.
