The free version has helped us understand the tool and gather many subscribers. We plan to upgrade to the business plan soon to take advantage of all the tools this app offers.
I used this app for my store after it was suggested by someone from Google. And have had some early success in converting customers. I'm on the trial, but I may stay on the premium. Support is ALWAYS working late relative to their location. When I have implementation questions I get instant answers from helpful staff (Looking at you Rameez!). When I have development questions, a tech person walks me through everything.
