Quick and helpful tech support, PushOwl had me set up and running smoothly in no time. Really like the features and helps engage visitors that are not quite ready to sign up for email notifications yet.

PushOwl"s customer service is second to none. They are readily available and able to provide helpful insight at a moments notice.

The first thing I would like to say is that if you are considering any other similar app I strongly urge you to stop and get this right now!

I was one of the first to give it a chance when there were very little reviews and have recently been using this a lot more now that I have developed more as a brand.

The customer service is impeccable and the chat function brilliant, all questions will be answered immediately which is a huge plus as I was very nervous about it (sending notifications to people's personal devices is a big deal)
This app and the people who run it are very trustworthy and I have had no issues whatsoever. Again this is essential as you don't want anything going wrong when you are directly contacting customers. It's also stupid easy to use and has a sleek interface.

Some Tips:
The boost in your sales WILL happen. Combine this with social media posts to accumulate subscribers and get a good 100 or so (you will get a lot more than you think) before doing your first push. I then watch on google analytics and see my web traffic spike, it's great!

Another tip is to perhaps not automate it and send them manually so as to not overwhelm customers with each tweak of stock, this is available on the free plan.

I am looking to upgrade as soon as I hit my next milestone of followers because the added features like sale signs etc. look great and you need to catch a customers attention or else they will swipe away.

Don't be disheartened by the number of clicks either because I noticed a spike in traffic through people just googling my site rather than clicking the notification.

Finally this was a god send during Black Friday, I sent out one message and my site flooded. Sold out everything I wanted to!

I would just like to say a big thank you to the developers of this awesome app!

just downloaded the app and everything look great plus thank to Rameez for the help and upgrading my plan. I will come back in a month or 2 to update my review after I test the app, P.S I found this app by spying on 2 Shopify store lol.

We really enjoy the Push Owl notification app. It was extremely easy to install and operate as we were looking for some type of push notification Push owl was the perfect solution for us. Easy to grab those notifications and simple to send to customer it is better than a text message app in my opinion. The price is very good as well and we have seen really good ROI on this app.

This is a good app and does what's promised, but I was really surprised I couldn't remove the PushOwl branding even after upgrading to the $19/month paid version.

Apparently you have to upgrade even more - to their "Enterprise" version - to remove their branding to your customers. That's crappy.

Hey there!

After listening to feedback from valuable merchants such as yourself, we have gotten rid of our branding on all plans (including the free one) starting from January 2020.

PS - The branding used to be shown only on 1 optional feature for the opt-in. If that feature wasn't used, no branding would have been visible.

Killer support, one of them personally helped me fully set up the app and told me very useful tips on it. Must have for every store. Beats every other push notification app by far.

I'm big on customer service so to receive the incredible service that I did before even completing the sign up was astounding! I'd definitely recommend this app based on the customer service support alone.
