Brevo PushOwl: Email,Push,SMS

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sowbagya, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer support experiences of my life! She was on the chat for over half an hour, going above and beyond to help me with multiple things that weren’t even part of her job. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, she made sure everything was sorted perfectly.

If every support team were like this, customer service would be a dream. Highly recommend!

I had issues with the synchronization of my Brevo account and the PushOwl/Brevo app integrated into Shopify. I was kindly assisted by Pallavi in customer support, and the problem was resolved. The 5-star rating refers solely to the support, as I haven’t used the app extensively yet.

We still have to get started with using Pushowl+Brevo. However, the support provided by Rojen in the initial setup and getting started was very good. Both Rojen and Sowbagya were very helpful and followed up with our case diligently.

I was delighted by Rojen's promptness in responding to our query and was presently surprised by the workaround offered to ease our functioning.

Really appreciate them for being available and also their flexibility.

I didn't finalize to set up all settings but I can say that Pallavi who has been assisting me today, she was extremely helpful and very proactive. She made me see a hope in all the email marketing as I am not familiar with that. She is very patient and explain everything in detail which at the end is one of the most important parts.

I have removed this app, and still code is on my theme version jld 78, and jld79.. Can you fix /remove it
