The customer support is very fast and they offered me the business plan for free as part of their eligibility criteria for small businesses. Very. helpful and they offer a lot of information
Awesome app and excellent customer support. Firstly, I was confused on how to go about this app. However, the support team helped me out.
I am a new Business with shopify and had no idea which of the plans I should get through Pushowl. The support technician helping me was very nice and told me which plan they felt was the best for me. They were a great help and very patient with me cause I'm not the most tech savvy person there is. I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if your new and need a little extra help like I did.

Right off the bat I was extremely impressed with their onboarding experience. Not only was it helpful and insightful, it was also beautifully designed. On top of that once I installed it, there was an ACTUAL PERSON that reached out to me to engage on topics that could help me and my business, as well as answer all my questions on what each thing did and how to utilize it for my business. Shout out to Rameez for giving me a warm welcome to this tool, I can't wait to start growing my following!
