good help and service thank you
Rojen (membre de l'équipe de Brevo) a pris le temps à chaque fois que j'étais en galère de répondre et de se renseigner avec l'équipe technique quand je ne comprenais pas quelque chose. Mes mails de test étaient bloqués sans raison apparente, je lui ai transmis mon interrogation et en quelques jours c'était réglé grâce à sa réactivité et à l'équipe technique au top. Un plaisir d'avoir des humains à qui parler quand on a une galère, sans attendre 1000 ans ou de se taper une musique d'attente d'ascenseur. Merci !
Die Herren hinter Brevo sind absolut TOP. Ich habe in 20 Jahren E-Commerce noch nie eine so starke Kundenorientierung und einen so guten Kundenservice erlebt wie bei Brevo. Abgesehen davon ist das Tool absolut top und die Integration in Shopify super easy. Weiter so!
Funktioniert super. Insbesondere die Landing Page Features sind besser, wie bei vielen anderen Anbietern. Customer Service ist auch gut, wenn es mal drauf ankommt. Bin begeistert.

Pallavi was a great help in getting the account setup quickly and with a bonus offer. Will see how it goes over time but I have used Brevo before and I'm sure this will be just as good.
We are in the process of launching our Shopify store and there's so much to do the get ready ♂️. Installed Pushowl and Pallavi had so much time and advise he made it so much easier and had some great advice on pop up emails and push notification ideas. Can't recommend highly enough.
