Rarely do you use an app and get someone proactively initiate a chat to suggest tweaks that improve performance. This happened with PushOwl and for that, you deserve an easy 5-star.

Good app for push notifications and better customer service. Some basic automations. The weakest point is the app's analytics, which is very simple (Atribution is just customizable in enterprise plan) but very good in general.

We switched to PushOwl from another push provider a few months ago, and have seen tremendous improvements in our push campaign results. We're getting more subscribers then before, driving more traffic, seeing higher engagement rates, and getting more conversions. Their customer support is great! Shashank and Kunal have exceeded our expectations from on-boarding to suggestions for improving our campaigns. Five stars without a doubt. If you're considering adding push messaging to your marketing, PushOwl is the best option by far.

I have been using the app for a few months. Overall, the app is effective. The only issue I have is the limited analytics. I have been able to maintain at least 10x ROI from the app.

I thought this app would not work but 8 days later I already had way more subscribers vs my email popups! All I did was install the app and literally forgot I had it! I now see the huge potential for push notifications! After speaking with Rameez I realized that I need to start putting more attention towards customizing the notifications for my user experience! I am 100% confident I will buy this app as it has already proven it has the ability to generate subscribers who actually will see the push notifications vs email where my open rates are low... I would recommend this app to ANY Shopify store the free plan is also very generous! Thank you!
