This has been a really useful addition to our store’s marketing strategy. Setting up automated push notifications is simple, and it gives us another effective way to reconnect with shoppers without relying entirely on email or paid ads. The abandoned cart and browse abandonment automations are especially helpful for bringing interested customers back.

I had an issue where activating the Brevo sync created a duplicate Brevo account instead of connecting to my existing one. Piyush from the Customer Success Team resolved this quickly, professionally and with great care - making sure my existing Brevo data remained intact and was set as the source of truth throughout the process. Im Zuge unserer Migration zu Shopify war die Installation der PushOwl-App zwingend erforderlich, um unsere bestehende Brevo-Umgebung weiterzuführen. Das Onboarding gestaltete sich anfangs schwierig; die offizielle Brevo-Anleitung hat in unserem Fall leider nicht funktioniert. Die Rettung war der PushOwl-Kundenservice: Erst durch ihre Unterstützung konnten wir unsere Brevo-Subaccounts erfolgreich mit unserem Shopify Account verknüpfen.
Die App ist Anfangs etwas unübersichtlich und erstellt automatisch ein Konto bei Brevo, so dass Support nötig war um das eigentlich bereits vorhandene Brevo Konto zu verknüpfen. Der Support hat das aber schnell gelöst, vielen Dank!
