Le service de cette start-up est d'une réactivité sans faille. je vous fais un petit retour sur cette appli que j'ai pu tester une journée avant d'avoir eu un conseiller
L’application vous permet de paramétrer l’envoi de notifications à l’occasion d’offres promotionnelles, à l’arrivage d’un nouveau produit (demandé) en stocks ou pour le relance de clients à la suite de paniers abandonnés sur votre boutique Shopify.

D’autres évènements peuvent amener au déclenchement de messages d’alerte : baisse du prix d’un produit (solde), nouveau code promo, message de bienvenue, etc. Le caractère modulable de l’application vous permet de vous dispenser de l’intégration de boites mail ou de messagerie instantanée.

Côté administratif, des rapports automatiques détaillés sont générés de façon fréquente afin de mesurer les performances de chacune des campagnes de relance ou de notification push effectuée. L’envoi de notifications push, via le bouton « SEND » se fait aussi bien sur les supports PC que mobiles ou tablettes.

La version gratuite propose 500 impressions/mois (ordres de déclenchement de notification, aussi appelées "nombre de vues"), tandis que le pack Business démarrant à 19 dollars par mois avec une multitude d'option

PushOwl is super user friendly, self-explanatory, and overall super easy to use. They also have a live chat feature, where they are always willing and happy to help and answer any questions you might have. Would highly recommend anyone looking for this type of feature (push notifications) to consider PushOwl!

I really love this app especially the Abandoned Cart push notifications. They are highly customizable and look great. Great way to get those abandoned cart purchases back. When I had anyone questions or issues the support I received was fast, accurate and friendly. Lucio even went so far as to let us know of there support for start up companies. Highly recommend this app

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for easy/cost effective ways to increase traffic and sales to their site. Support team is extremely helpful and has helped us optimize all our browser alert efforts and successfully helped us migrate from one platform (BigCommerce) to another (Shopify) with ease.

This app helps me for the features I require like abandon cart, push notification etc, very user friendly and loads of videos to understand the process. Biggest plus for me next to all of the features is the speed and level of service provided. Definitely recommend! :)
