The help with onboarding was second to none, everything I needed to know was answered knowledgeably and helpfully by a lovely human called Rojen who not only answered all queries but where possible provided examples, visuals to help me to take necessary set up actions and he also offered explanations. Beyond this, where possible he undertook actions himself to help me with the set up process. All in all a faultless service and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The cost of email marketing has increased to an extreme level and this service seems to be more competitive on the pricing front too which makes it a possibility for an unfunded start up.

We recently migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify and needed to install PushOwl to manage our notifications. Having previously used Brevo, we encountered some challenges transitioning to PushOwl. Thankfully, the PushOwl support team, especially Rojen, was incredibly helpful. Rojen responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and addressed all our questions, making the migration to Shopify smooth and almost problem-free. We highly recommend PushOwl for their excellent customer support!

Rojen, He is very professional and helpful, and their customer service is the best. I've tried Klaviyo, their customer service is non-existent, and then I also tried Aftership, they even said it was my problem because my emails kept going to the promotion tabs, which made me very annoyed. So I tried several, compared to others, Brevo's interface is very simple, I find it very easy to use, and Rojen is very friendly, helped me a lot. Thank you

I had an excellent experience with PushOwl`s customer support team, with Pallavi in particular. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her prompt assistance resolved my issues efficiently. I also find the app itself user-friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend !
