The app is useful, does what it is made for, good support from the team. Few updations are needed which the team is working on, looking forward to that. All in all good work!

This app and the customer service that goes along with it is top-notch! The chat option was a life saver for me. Push notifications are prolifically used by tons of websites nowadays. PushOwl definitely represent an excellent choice for any shopify website given how useful push notifications are now.

There are definitely some room for improvements on UI, e.g. tooltips for what some attribute means, more in-depth analytics, etc.

So far I am really loving this app. It is pretty easy to use, and the support is stellar. They reached out to me first, just to see if I had any questions, and offered advice on some of the changes to the settings I had made, in order to ensure my success. They really honestly seem to care about the success of their subscribers.
