How could I ever forget to write this special review to my amazing app called push owl notification, listen guys I've never experienced customer service that bring tears to my eyes like this before, I didn't even ask for the help and they already knew I needed it, plus I got a wordl class deal that I won't say but to tell you come and experience it for your self, thank you push owl for making me feel accepted and appreciated as a young business and I'm forever greatful HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDAND 10 MORE STARTS

Raul was great! He helped me with my question and upgraded the basic plan for me! Instead of the basic sending out 500 emails per month mine now does 1,000 emails per month with no cost to me!! I highly recommend PushOwl! If you get lucky enough to talk to Raul tell him Shade sent you!!!

Sowbagya, the tech support has been wonderful. she was patient and thorough. The email features of Brevo are intuitive Wordpress oriented widgets. Pushowl offering robust notification to conversion features.

This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. They charge me randomly. And when I upgraded to an existing plan, they charged me twice. Other plugins don't do this. They usually only charge me for extra money. And there is no free trial for this plugin. This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. After I was charged twice, they blocked my account. This is definitely a scam.

Support: Rojen was very helpful. He got my account back from suspension and helped fix some issues.

App: A little confusing. Going to the app in Shopify sends you out to the PushOwl website. Clicking on email pages in their site sends you over to Brevo.

Opt-in function seems a little buggy but haven't run multiple tests yet.

Brevo has been excellent. Anand provided fantastic customer support. I would recommend switching to their email services. Web Push is another great marketing tool for reaching your customers!

signed up on brevo website, got stuck at phone number verification because they didn't send any verification code to my phone (a lot of their users have the same problem from the community post on their forum). contacted them through the "contact us" form on their site. A few days past, no response. Made an account on their community forum to make a post asking how to solve the problem. Behold, my community account got suspended immediately after making my first post and the post got pending status. They said it needs to wait for a community manager to look into the post and approve it. I said to myself, sure, makes sense, it's probably to prevent bot spams. Another few days past, my pending post got deleted. Wow, I guess they don't want me to use their app then. 1 star

I've only been using the app for a few days now, so I can't provide a comprehensive review yet. However, I can confidently say that their customer support is unmatched! I encountered some issues during the setup, and Rojen went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up correctly.

I had an excellent experience with PushOwl`s customer support team, with Pallavi in particular. She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her prompt assistance resolved my issues efficiently. I also find the app itself user-friendly and easy to navigate. Highly recommend !

App is good we are using for the past five years for our several Shopify stores.

Rojen, He is very professional and helpful, and their customer service is the best. I've tried Klaviyo, their customer service is non-existent, and then I also tried Aftership, they even said it was my problem because my emails kept going to the promotion tabs, which made me very annoyed. So I tried several, compared to others, Brevo's interface is very simple, I find it very easy to use, and Rojen is very friendly, helped me a lot. Thank you
