PushOwl/Brevo: Email,Push,SMS

I had the pleasure of working with Pallavi from PushOwl & Brevo, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was exploring different email, web push, and SMS automation platforms, just checking out my options, but Brevo really sold me thanks to Pallavi's incredible support. The platform itself is super user-friendly, even for a newbie like me, but what stood out was the awesome guidance I received. Pallavi was really helpful, answering all my questions and making the whole process smooth and easy. If you're considering automation solutions, I highly recommend Brevo—and big kudos to Pallavi for the great job!

Wonderfully helpful staff, and a lot of powerful tools with reasonable pricing. We have a large contacts list but only send out a handful of newsletters annually, and the way their pricing structure works allows us to just do a few staggered duplicate campaigns and keep the cost reasonable. Sowbagya on the tech support team did a wonderful job of helping us set up some automations for our signup form and verifying it was working correctly!

Brevo has been excellent. Anand provided fantastic customer support. I would recommend switching to their email services. Web Push is another great marketing tool for reaching your customers!

I had the absolute pleasure of Rojan's assistance in resolving my contact push from Shopify as well as my automations. Rojan resolved all issues, and supported me fully with my automations. I was so shocked by not only his willingness to arrange my automations for me, he was so thorough, and patient, it's been a very long while since I've received such great customer service.

Despite how late it was in his location, once he'd set me up for success he still asked if there was anything else he could assist me with! If I could give him 10 stars I would.
