The team is insanely help and I couldn't be more thankful. As a new comer, a lot my shopify experience has been me wondering around in the dark. But not only did they help with the app, which is great, and with shopify in general, but they also they helped me find some like minded people.

The CS/Tech team is very helpful and responsive and proactive.
Very easy and intuitive to use - would recommend Pushowl.
Only ask would be more in-depth reporting/analytics and segmentation options.
