Got an answer to my problem straight away, Haresh was great!
The customer support team responded quickly, provided clear and detailed explanations, and was very friendly. All of my questions were thoroughly answered.
Anjali Customer service was excellent. The app is functional and well thought out. Main issue is the deliverable emails that goes to spam.
Anjali was a tremendous help in getting us up and running. We requested the ability to sync metafields to Brevo attributes and she was very patient helping us get everything syncing properly.
I spent 20 minutes talking to an AI Bot, then a live agent stepped in and addressed my issue within a couple minutes.

I used to have Klaviyo for email marketing, but then I switched to Brevo. Everything looks okay so far. But one thing really bothers me - there is not font size option in Opt-in form editor. This is the basic thing in every content editor, but not here. The app was launched in 2017, but this feature is still not developed. It is weird that no user complaints about it.
*** UPDATE ***
After my initiate review they immediately added the text size feature to opt-in form. This is increadible. I have never experienced something like this. So, I have changed the stars from 3 to 5. Hands down!

While PushOwl has been a staple for years, our Form Builder is a newer addition from last year. We’ve taken your input seriously and fast-tracked a major update yesterday that now includes full font and size customization. Thank you for helping us prioritize the features that matter most to your business!

Um weiter mit unserem Shopify Plus Shop Brevo zu nutzen, mussten wir die App verwenden, deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne. Das Onboarding war erst etwas holprig da wir zwei Shops anbinden mussten. Der Support bekommt 5 Sterne :) sie haben sich schnellstens gemeldetund waren sehr hilfsbereit.
To keep using Brevo with our Shopify Plus store, we had to use the app, so unfortunately only 4 stars. Onboarding was a bit bumpy at first because we had to connect two stores. Support gets 5 stars :) they got back to us very quickly and were super helpful.
