Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first time, but with Nayan's help I have been able to figure things out.
Note the support is not in US and there is a time difference. That can be frustring at times but they make up for it.
I had the wonderful pleasure of getting help from Harish, who guided me through the service and some pretty complex issues regarding importing lists and making sure everything worked before a big launch. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went way and beyond to help us, and has been a very important factor in the succesful transition to PushOwl/Brevo from another provider. Warmly recommended!
PushOwl is an excellent app with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to use for managing web push notifications. What truly sets it apart, however, is the outstanding customer service!

We've been a loyal customer for over four years, and it's disappointing to see how inflexible the pricing structure has become. We only need browse abandonment, yet we're forced into a costly bundle filled with features we don’t use and an excessive number of impressions we don’t need. There was a time when this feature was activated for us without issue, but now, the only option is an expensive plan that makes no sense for our business.
Customer loyalty doesn't seem to mean much here, and instead of offering a reasonable middle-ground solution, we’re just being pushed toward higher-tier plans. If you're a small business with specific needs, be aware that you're likely to overpay for features you don’t use. Looking at alternatives now.
TERRIBLE customer service. They might get back to you in 24 hours they might not. They banned our account for not following their terms and conditions, but it was due to an issue with a spam email/bot reporting us, and not a legitimate concern. We've been fighting with them for over 2 months to get our service back online. Each time they give you the default response of "we have filed this to our team and will get back to you when we have more information". Then weeks go by with nothing from them. Reach back out, and they say, "we don't have any details regarding your issue". It's a joke and the whole time they send you emails and messages trying to upsell you, but they can't even figure out there own issues. They're just interested in taking your money. We've been using this service which used to be Sendinblue, then Brevo, and now Pushowl for 4 years and they have just gone to crap!
This app and team are absolutely insane (in the best possible way). When you really get used to their platform, you'll realize that they have capabilities to rival with Klaviyo on the email marketing front, including robust automation & event tracking on your site (and the event tracking, in my opinion, is even better than Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics). In addition to that, they also have Web Push. And to top it all off, it's at a jaw dropping price point.
I should mention, setting things up wasn't as easy as I imagine a Klaviyo would be, but the support from Sowbagya and team was phenomenal. We've been going on almost a month where their team has either set up automations for me, or, when important site data or features were missing, had their developers fix the issues or create new features within days (and not custom for my site - pushing out these fixes and features across the product). I haven't seen such speedy implementation of my feature requests on any other app.
Overall, I think I'll be sticking with Brevo and PushOwl. More people need to discover this platform for their email marketing.
though it is a little hard to install initially, the customer service is truly amazing and really hands on to get everything integrated- so i really recommend. My agent Sowbagya was there with me every step of the way helping and guiding me through the integrations. So far so good!

I initially downloaded PushOwl so that I could sync my clients from Shopify with my Brevo account. While I found the interface a little confusing and had some hiccups with the installation, I can only say that their customer support is world-class.
I had a moment of panic when I thought I had deleted all of my Brevo account details, and I contacted the chat support for help. The agent, Sowbagya, carefully walked me through the process of linking my new accounts and showed me where all of the missing data was. She was kind, thorough, and patient. I went from sheer panic to feeling like I was in the best hands possible in just moments.
If every company had people like this, we'd get a lot more done and be a lot happier. Five star service!
While this app can be a quite confusing to figure out how to navigate and use, with so many different settings, the customer service is great-Harish guided me right through the process, answering all my questions and showing me how to use different feature with screenshots and screen recordings, and most of the time he was very quick with his responses. Thank you Harish.
