Do not switch to BREVO SMS, if you come from Yotpo like I did, it's a big scam, they give you a lot of credits, and you believe you are paying top price for SMS while in reality you don't, i made a terrible mistake of moving and paying a yearly upfront price. Plus they are making it super difficult to see what you spend and what was the ROAS associated with it.
Never again
SMS stopped working exactly when I needed them most — during the most important time of the year — even though I had purchased credit in advance.
To make things worse, the first response from their customer service team was: “Oh, they are working,” when it was obvious they hadn’t checked the past 7 days. The backend failed at the worst possible moment, and the support agent (Harish) completely overlooked the issue. I had to insist multiple times just to get an escalation.
A failure from start to finish. Truly unacceptable for a critical period.
Great platform and stellar support. I encountered a rather strange issue with the chat widget. Anjali provided impeccable support—quick and extremely efficient—and the problem was brilliantly resolved.
Very satisfied in every respect. Keep up the great work!
