We have a multi language store: using 21 languages and associated country specific domains. Difficult to send out emails in the customers language and even more difficult having the customer re directed to their abandoned checkout via the abandoned check out email, re directing to the right domain and language and showing the correct currency symbol and values in the abandoned check out / cart email. Initially it did not work correctly, but after me submitting an in depth analysis what not did work, the guys at Uppush sorted it all out! Pretty amazing to see it all working. Products in emails show the correct currencies and values and even the product descriptions are in the correct language. Customers who sign up via the popup form are getting assigned in Shopify the right language, something Omnisend is failing to do and therefore I have to clean up manually my customers emailing list of thousands of customers. It looks like I made a good jump to this app. My only wish is that they get more different automations with the ability to create also one from scratch. Ethan and the other support people have been excellent in supporting me.

Great app and even better support! I was having trouble setting up DNS records, but ETHAN guided me through the process effortlessly. His patience and expertise made everything so much easier. So far, the app has been working smoothly—highly recommended!
This app does two things which I think are classic poor behaviour for an online busines. 1. It claims sales for Uppush that do not originate from Uppush. 2. It makes cancelling difficult to find, and you need to contact support to find out that you need to select the Free plan, in order to cancel the Paid plan. Waste of your (Uppush CS) time and mine.
Uppush Abandoned Cart Email works well and is easy to use. The support team is responsive and helpful, making the experience even better. A solid app for recovering lost sales.

So far I'm very happy with the app. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The app itself is easily designed for abandoned cart and abandoned checkout recovery, which is the main reason I'm using it. The app uses a flow chart style of organization for recovery, making it very easy to set up.
Jack is great, He helped me throughout and even suggested other things we can do with Uppush without even asking for it. Thanks Jack.

I am still on a trial period, and there are things I'm learning about how the app works, but so far it's great. A special thanks to the support team. They seem to be working 24/7 answering all the questions and making fixes and adjustments super fast.
