This is a great app. Easy to set up and works well. I contacted them with a question about a transaction and received a response within half an hour.

I've had this app for a month or so now and I'm finding it very helpful for my customers who want to pay off in instalments over a period of time. It works well and I think that I've had more customers since I've had this app. I did have a little problem over the weekend but it was down to the customers bank card. I got in touch with Warrin, explaining what was happening and he was really helpful. It may take a little while to get a response but please be patient as this guy is in OZ and time difference means he's probably asleep while here in the UK, I'm just starting my day. But fear not, he will get to you and your issues. I myself, found him polite and helpful. All issues are now dealt with and I'm more than happy to recommend the app.

Update: The issue has been solved. The problem was that the client had a wrong credit card linked to his PayPal account so from the side of PayPal there was not founds to create two months plan. I'm still waiting for the answer from PayPal to see what they have to say. I installed the app again in my shop.

Issue: The app is not registering the orders in Shopify and also in PayPal, my client got fully charged for the entire order instead of 50/50. I installed as in your guides but I got the first transaction today and complain from the client so I just don't want to use it. This is a great app. We installed it for our online gallery and it attracted customers immediately. So far so good. Warrin's quick replies to any of my enquiries has been appreciated.

This app allows my customers to secure items that have sold out elsewhere while not having to store them until they are ready to use them. It also allows them to pay off their purchases over time. Customisable preferences, easy to install and use.

A fantastic app to offer Lay-by for your customers online. Warrin is incredible with helping you get set up and resolve any initial issues but the app works perfectly. The major downsides are the limited ability for visual customisation (for those who want a completely consistent 'look and feel') and the inability to set a minimum spend to use lay-buy at checkout. That said it's still a great solution and I believe the best one available. Thanks again to Warrin!

This app is seriously much more than anyone can imagine or has reviewed yet. We worked with Warrin to implement this app on our website as we wanted a more traditional Lay-Buy service. Our price points are a bit higher and our customers were asking for something like this for some time. We created an entire program around this app, with a landing page, T&C page, pop-up, and an entire marketing campaign. On day 1, without even marketing yet, our brand had its highest daily sales ever. If you read through some of the other reviews on here, I must speculate that any possible complaint about this app must be attributed to the merchant not understanding what this app can do, or did not have the ability to properly implement it. Support is top level and this app is excellent.

I have contacted the shop now three times for help uploading this on my store, I have not received one answer, so would I recommend this app definitely not, support is the biggest key in any business which have had none here.
